Effective September 7, 2026. This notice explains how NaBisso Sourcing handles information submitted through its website and service communications.
Information we collect
Depending on the form, we collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, product description, specifications, quantity, budget, packaging, certifications, delivery date, destination, reference links, catalog reference and notes. Our website may also process basic technical information needed for security and reliable form delivery.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, clarify your requirement, qualify the opportunity, prepare a product brief, conduct supplier research and RFQs when authorized, compare quotations, coordinate approved sourcing work, maintain customer and communication history, prevent duplicate requests, protect the service and comply with legal obligations.
ControlRoom and follow-up
Your submission is sent to NaBisso and recorded in our private NaBisso ControlRoom. ControlRoom may create a customer record, sourcing request, follow-up task and internal priority signal. A NaBisso representative may contact you about your request by email, telephone or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide. We do not use your inquiry as permission for unrelated promotional marketing.
Who may receive information
We use website-hosting, database and email-delivery providers to operate our services. When necessary for an authorized sourcing engagement, relevant product or business information may be shared with prospective suppliers, inspection providers, freight partners or other service providers. We limit sharing to what is reasonably required and do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers or sourcing partners may process information outside Ontario or Canada, including in a country where supplier research is conducted. Information may then be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. NaBisso remains responsible for information under its control and uses appropriate safeguards for the circumstances.
Browser storage
The website may use limited browser storage to remember your language choice and temporarily carry a quick product brief to the request form. This information stays on your device unless you choose to submit the completed form.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, customer service, legal requirements and legitimate business records. We use access controls and technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue a request or provide a service that requires the information.
AI-assisted internal work
ControlRoom may use authorized business information to generate internal summaries, priorities, comparisons or message drafts. AI does not send external messages, approve suppliers or prices, make purchases or create commitments without human action.
